These events are held in the Freemantle Hall, Bexley Village, Kent, DA5 1AA (gmap) on the last Saturday of each month 10:30 to 15:30, no event in July or December and Roberts Hall Broadway Bexleyheath DA6 7BT (behind Christchurch) (gmap) on the second Saturday of each month 11:30 to 16:30, admission is FREE to both events.

We invite you to a relaxing evening with friends, where you can be pampered and enjoy some light refreshments. Please come along and support the girls and local therapists at All Saints Church Hall, Bercta Road, New Eltham SE9 3TZ (gmap) from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Therapies include hot stone massage, energy healing, ear candling, reflexology, manicures, indian head massage, aromatherapy and many others.
Admission is free. Sessions cost between £7 and £20 for 15 – 30 minutes.

Did you know…?
Our primary source of vitamin D is sunshine, not food. A person with light skin can get enough vitamin D from a few minutes spent in sunlight each day, but the darker your skin, the more sun exposure you need to meet your daily requirements. You can also get vitamin D from supplements, fish oils, fish, eggs and fortified foods.
A deficiency of Vitamin D can cause these symptoms: Severe tooth decay. Bone pain. Muscular weakness. Muscular spasms. Brittle bones.
People with an increased risk of Vitamin D deficiency include: City dwellers or anyone subject to smog. Night workers, or anyone whose clothing, environment or lifestyle keeps them out of the sunlight.
So get out into the sun for at least 15 minutes a day!

The purpose of a Chakra Balance healing.
In most people most of the time there are imbalances between the front and rear aspect of each chakra and between the seven main chakras. An imbalance means that there is more energy moving through one part than another. This creates an unbalanced personality and physical body. Often when one aspect is tense, contracted or shut down then the energy will try to flow in a vicarious way.
So for instance if someone is scared of showing their loving feelings so that the front of their heart chakra is contracted, then the rear aspect will overcompensate by expanding, such that they become overly willful.
So this technique is to help create balance, even out energy flow and improve ‘communication’ between the different aspects of ourselves
A chakra balance healing is often done as part of an energy healing session rather than on its own.
