WE MEET THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH AT 8PM starting in November 2011

YOU CAN BENEFIT FROM ALL THIS BY LEARNING TO MEDITATE

YOU CAN REALISE HOW EASY IT IS TO INCORPORATE A 20 MINUTE RITUAL INTO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

COST WILL BE £5 FOR ONE AND HALF HOURS FOR THE FIRST 4 MONTHS.

FOR THE FIRST FEW MONTHS I WILL MEET AT MY HOME  UNTIL A REGULAR GROUP IS ESTABLISHED
