Distance Energy healing and Integral Core Therapy are also offered on Zoom or Skype, this is mainly for clients who are unable to come and see me personally. Please book a session and time, I will ring you or send a link for a zoom meeting at the arranged time, and we will discuss what you need help with on the phone or on the internet. I will then ask you to lie/sit down and relax concentrating on your breathing for a healing session which will be 20 to 30 minutes. Once this is completed I will ring you again or continue to chat on zoom/skype to confirm how you are feeling and have any further discussion if necessary.
