12 or 25 Week Guided Visualisation Programme

  • Each hour will include a ten-minute relaxation exercise, a different  forty minute visualisation meditation each week, ten-minute discussion/questions

12 or 25 Week Focus Programme

  • Each hour will include a ten-minute relaxation exercise, forty minute focus mediation each week will be a different focus such as mantras, breath, colour and objects  and ten-minute discussion/questions

I can also combine the programmes so you have a mixture of guided visualisation and focus.
