Spiritual Law – Law of Healing

There are thirty-six or more spiritual laws that offer excellent ways for us to understand life on earth, some of the following text has been taken from Diana Cooper’s fantastic book “A Little Light on the Spiritual Laws”. I have already briefly explained some of the laws back in 2009, over the coming weeks, I will explain some of the laws of higher frequency. If you find this interesting, I would encourage you to read Diana’s book. I use Diana’s book when I am low or want an answer to a problem, I flick through the book and open it at a law, and more often than not, that is where I need to focus at that time.

The Law of Healing

There are only two basic emotions on earth, fear and love. When we resist our chosen experiences through fear, we create blocks in our mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. This eventually causes physical disease.

Inflexible, crystallised beliefs and mental attitudes cause tension. If you hold an organ in tension long enough, something physical manifests. Denied or suppressed emotions sit within the body until they show as physical illness.

Refusing to acknowledge your spiritual self and your own magnificence, you cut off the supply of divine energy and your physical body suffers. Ill health is caused by stuck energy. When you are happy and flowing with love, the cells in your body respond by being healthy.

If you see your energy like a flowing river, which keeps flowing unless it becomes silted up. Love is a high-frequency energy that keeps the energy in your body clear and flowing. Energy blocks like unexpressed grief, hurt, anger, or jealousy are all low vibration and to your body is like silt blocking the flow of energy. If you open the sluice gates and send a rush of water down the river, it clears and washes it into the ocean. This is what a flow of healing energy does to our body.

You must always ask permission to give anyone healing. It is not up to you to decide what is for the other person highest good. For more information on why you cannot just give healing to someone without their permission, I suggest reading the book or contacting me directly.

Quote from Diana Cooper’s book.

“Healing takes place when high-frequency energy flows through the body, transmuting the stuck energy which caused the disease.”

Understanding the spiritual laws helps us create a happy and joyous life. Energy healing can also help us follow these laws to create wealth, health and prosperity in our lives by helping to remove anger, negative beliefs etc.

How to Love Yourself and Bring Happiness in Your Life

When we are born, we feel loveable, providing we receive love from our parents and environment during our informative years and beyond, we will grow up feeling loved and not judging ourselves. When this does not happen, often because our parents did not love themselves, we are more likely to struggle with self-judgement as adults.

We all have an inner critic, that inner voice that is constantly telling us we cannot do things, or we are not good enough, we are not loveable and many more. This is our ego speaking; our ego comes from fear. Our truth, the unconditioned self, comes from love and lets us know we are loveable. Love is much more than a feeling; it is our true nature, the consciousness, our essence, our soul, and our spiritual DNA.

If your inner critic is regularly berating you, you may wish to look into ways to learn how to love yourself. Louise Hay recommends using mirror work to help people to do this. She suggests you look in the mirror every morning and repeat the affirmation “Life loves me” ten times. Notice your responses; sensations may be tension in your body, feelings may be sadness or happiness, and thoughts maybe I cannot do this. Do not judge your responses; there are no right or wrong answers. Just be honest with yourself. Life loves you is about unconditional love.

Once you have completed the above, repeat with the affirmation, “I am willing to let life love me today”, repeat until you feel comfortable sensations in your body. Be willing to work with these affirmations, and all things are possible.

Doing mirror work can be confronting at first, revealing your fears and self-judgements, be kind to yourself. By continuing to do the mirror work, you will start to move through your fears and self-judgements.  If you have had serious trauma in your life, I recommend doing this with a therapist or trusted friend. Remember, life mirrors how you feel. Your relationship with yourself influences your relationship with everyone and everything.

Therefore, once we can love ourselves, and are able receive love, our life will become so much happier.

Are Your Relationships being Sabotaged by Your Inner Child!

No one gets through their childhood without a degree of wounding, some may continue to be in denial about this.  Staying blind to these wounds will allow them to have a way of unconsciously ruling us. If while growing up you were smothered and overprotected by your parents and you don’t look at this issue, you may overreact to even the slightest amount of control by your spouse. However, when you understand the dynamic with your parents can find the emotional freedom to make different, and healthier, choices. Being vulnerable and communicating your childhood hurts to your spouse. You can let them know what triggers you, what your “inner child” needs. You can then act, rather than only react.

The wounded inner child – whether from childhood trauma or neglect – tries hard to get our needs for love, care and attention met. This could cause us to use manipulation with people and situations to get our own way, perhaps by becoming overly dependent upon someone else to meet our needs – as if they were our idealised parent.love-1833159_1280

Alternatively, if we have given up on our efforts to get our needs for love met by someone else we might then become emotionally cut off and overly self-reliant and super-independent. All of which keep us disconnected from mature love – the very love that could heal our early wounds.

If any of the above rings true to you, you can find more information about the Inner Child in my Ebook or contact me for more information

Your Core-self

At the centre of your being is your core-self.

Let’s face it, we are all in a relative state of distress. We feel sad, anxious, dissatisfied. We yearn for a happier and an easier life, but often look in the wrong places and end up disappointed because we don’t understand our real needs. We want to feel ‘right’ and for things to ‘make sense’, yet most of the time we don’t realise what we are yearning for is our true core self.

We can think of our core as our authentic state of being before the impact of our life experiences and childhood conditioning took us away from it. It is the truth of who we are.  Place of oneness with all that is, a place of unconditional love, compassion, wisdom, joy, peace, contentment and healing.

We first experience a painful separation from our core as babies when we realise we are separate from unconditional love. We experience the imperfection of our parents, who can’t give us unconditional love. But felt even more deeply is the separation from the unconditional love of the divine. The source from which we came. Before we had the words to name it, or the reasoning to understand it, we suffered this most cataclysmic experience. This is called our core wound.

Over time our personality, beliefs and behaviours protect us by hiding and denying our core wound and burying it in the unconscious part of our mind, sometimes never to be discovered or understood for a whole lifetime. This ‘contraction’ is the root of all or emotional and psychological pain

Connecting with your core taps into a well of spiritual energy which will nourish and enhance all parts of your life. Every resource we might ever need is found there, already within us. Take a second to let that sink in. How could that realisation transform your life?

When connected to your core, life flows effortlessly. You feel more comfortable in your own skin. You begin to love and trust yourself and to perceive the world as a more supportive, enjoyable place. Regular contact with your core creates a gradual shift to higher level of consciousness.

Our greatest and deepest longing is to return to a place of wholeness, to return to our core.

I will be running workshops in 2017 to help people to connect to their  Core

Did you know…?

Dehumidifiers Reduce Dust Mites. Are you allergic to dust and cannot figure out how to eliminate it from the home? A dehumidifier can do the job. Dust mites cannot live below 45% humidity. So, running a dehumidifier set at 40% will begin to eliminate dust mites from the home. Another top tip is before starting the machine for the first time, vacuum all the carpets and upholstery in the house and change all bed linens. These are prime sources of dust mites and the linens can trap moisture.

Have you ever tried…?
Apples to Decrease Respiratory Problems. Apples are a wonderful source of flavonoids. Flavonoids are like vitamins for the lungs. Eating just one apple, a couple of times a week can reduce the chances of coming down with a respiratory cold by up to 32%. Apple cider has more than two times the flavonoids of apple juice, so sip and enjoy.

Thought of the Month….

..that if you become ruffled with every comment that you consider a ‘slight,’ you will never find peace.

Nor will you find it by always separating yourself from those who ruffle you. You can only end so many friendships before you find yourself very much alone.

You can keep making new friends, of course, but sooner or later they will ruffle you — and then what?

Perhaps the better course might be to let the ruffle go. People rarely mean it when they do that, and a touch of gentle tolerance and easy forgiveness every day is even better than an apple…

Did you know…?

There are lots of little things you can do at home to help get rid of your cellulite.

– Use an exfoliating sponge in the shower. This will stimulate blood flow to your skin and help increase circulation to carry away the cellulite
– Massage your fatty tissue areas daily to break up the fat
– Wear body-shaping pantyhose that contour your thighs to compress the fat and help with circulation.
– Reduce your intake of caffeine and quit smoking.
– Increase your water intake.

Depending on your body type and skin shape, your cellulite may never completely disappear but you can help it along!

Have you ever tried…?
Socks to Cure Insomnia. When the body gets cold, the heat is all reserved for the core of the body. This leaves feet feeling chilly and increases the chance of waking up in the middle of the night. Slipping into some warm, fuzzy socks just 20 minutes before bed can decrease the amount of time it takes to fall asleep and stop those mid-night wake-up sessions that leave you foraging for sweets and unhealthy snacks.

Thought of the Month….

…..that love is sometimes shown in the things you don’t say, don’t keep track of, and don’t notice.

The greatest kindness is often shown in letting things go.

None of us is perfect, but we can all be perfect friends and perfect partners by allowing those that we love to be imperfect.

Give those around you the “break” that you hope the world will give you on your own “bad day” and you’ll never, ever regret it.

Christmas Spirit

Christmas Spirit!

Put up a splash of Christmas spirit

Put in a dash of love

Stir up the sounds ‘till you can hear it

Sing out to those you love

Christmas, Christmas, you can fill me

Up with Christmas cheer

Christmas, Christmas, you fulfil my

Spirit every year

Toss up a mash of extra magic

Toss in a batch of love

Let up the lights with random logic

Look out for sleighs above

Santa, Santa, can I have it

Please I’ve been so good

Santa, Santa, please I beg you

Please oh if you would

Get up a clash of Christmas colour

Get in a catch of love

Set up and show the shiny decor

Shout out with Christmas love

Listen, listen, you can see it

Spirit everywhere

Listen, listen, you can do it

Spread it out and share

Put up a splash of Christmas spirit

Put in a dash of love

Stir up the sounds ‘till you can hear it

Sing out to those you love

Christmas, Christmas, you can fill me

Up with Christmas cheer

Christmas, Christmas, you fulfil my

Spirit every year
