For the first month of the new year, we will focus on New Beginnings: A Fresh Start to 2025
This month’s meditations will help you embrace new beginnings and stay positive during the winter months.
Fortnightly Meditation dates:
Tuesdays online via Zoom @ 7:30 pm. 7th and 21st January .
Wednesdays face to face @ 8 pm. 8th and 22nd January.

As the clock struck midnight on 31st December, we bid farewell to 2024 and welcomed 2025 with open arms.
