What is Your Subconscious Mind and How Does it Influence Your Life?

Introduction: Have you ever wondered why certain thoughts or emotions seem to arise seemingly out of nowhere? Or how we can effortlessly perform complex tasks without conscious effort? The answer lies within the fascinating realm of our subconscious mind. Often referred to as the hidden powerhouse of our cognition, the subconscious mind plays a crucial role in shaping our thoughts, behaviors, and overall perception of the world. In this blog post, we will delve into the mysteries of our subconscious and explore how it influences our daily lives.

  1. Unveiling the Subconscious Mind: Our mind can be thought of as having two primary components: the conscious and the subconscious. While the conscious mind represents our immediate awareness, the subconscious mind operates beneath the surface, quietly processing information and influencing our thoughts and actions. Unlike the conscious mind, which is analytical and logical, the subconscious mind is intuitive, emotional, and automatic.
  2. The Power of the Subconscious: The subconscious mind is a reservoir of vast potential and holds immense power. It continuously absorbs and stores information, experiences, beliefs, and memories, even when we are not consciously aware of them. It is responsible for managing bodily functions, forming habits, and regulating automatic responses. Additionally, it plays a significant role in decision-making, problem-solving, and creativity.
  3. The Language of the Subconscious: Understanding the language of the subconscious is key to unraveling its workings. While the conscious mind relies on language and logic, the subconscious primarily communicates through imagery, symbols, emotions, and bodily sensations. Dreams, intuitions, and gut feelings are all manifestations of the subconscious mind’s attempt to communicate with our conscious awareness.
  4. The Influence of Conditioning: Our subconscious mind is heavily influenced by conditioning, including societal norms, cultural beliefs, and personal experiences. Early childhood experiences, in particular, leave a lasting imprint on our subconscious. The beliefs and values instilled during this formative period can shape our self-perception, attitudes, and behaviors throughout our lives.
  5. The Subconscious and Self-Sabotage: Sometimes, the subconscious mind can work against our conscious desires, leading to self-sabotaging behaviors. Deep-rooted fears, limiting beliefs, and past traumas stored in the subconscious can create internal conflicts that hinder personal growth and success. By becoming aware of these hidden influences, we can begin to reprogram our subconscious and align it with our conscious goals.
  6. Techniques to Harness the Power of the Subconscious: Several techniques can help us tap into the potential of our subconscious mind. Meditation, visualization, hypnosis, and affirmations are powerful tools that allow us to access the deeper layers of our consciousness. By consciously directing our thoughts and emotions, we can rewire the subconscious, replace limiting beliefs, and manifest positive change in our lives.
  7. Building a Relationship with Our Subconscious: Developing a harmonious relationship with our subconscious mind is crucial for personal development and overall well-being. By practicing mindfulness and self-awareness, we can actively observe our thoughts, emotions, and patterns. This awareness helps us understand the messages our subconscious mind is conveying and allows us to work in harmony with it, rather than against it.

Conclusion: The subconscious mind, with its vast capabilities and profound influence, holds the key to unlocking our untapped potential. By understanding its inner workings and building a conscious relationship with it, we can harness its power to create positive change, overcome challenges, and live more fulfilling lives. Embracing the complexities of our subconscious mind is a journey worth embarking upon, for it holds the secrets to our deepest desires and truest selves.

Unveiling the Four Sleep Chronotypes: What is Your Ideal Sleep Schedule

Introduction:

Sleep is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Our internal clocks dictate our sleep-wake patterns, and understanding our sleep chronotype can help us optimize our daily routines. In this article, we delve into the fascinating world of sleep chronotypes and explore the four main types. Discover which one resonates with you and unlock the secret to a well-rested and productive life.

The Lion 🦁 (Early Bird):

The Lion is the epitome of an early bird. These individuals naturally rise with the sun, bursting with energy and enthusiasm. They thrive in the early morning hours and accomplish their most productive tasks during this time. Lions tend to adhere to a consistent sleep schedule, going to bed early to ensure they get the necessary amount of rest. Their mornings are filled with activities such as exercise, planning, and self-care rituals.

The Bear 🐻 (Moderate Morning):

Bears exhibit a more balanced sleep-wake pattern. They wake up and go to bed at moderate times, neither extremely early nor late. Bears follow a regular routine, feeling most alert and productive during the middle of the day. Their energy levels peak around noon, making this an ideal time for important meetings, creative work, or problem-solving. Bears prioritize a solid amount of sleep and often benefit from a short power nap to recharge.

The Wolf 🐺 (Night Owl):

Wolves are true night owls, with their energy levels peaking in the evening and into the night. They often struggle with early mornings and may find it challenging to wake up. However, wolves shine during the late hours when their creativity and focus reach their peak. Wolves may excel in professions that allow them to work during evenings or find solace in their own personal projects during these quiet hours. They should aim for a consistent sleep schedule, avoiding excessive exposure to bright lights before bed.

The Dolphin 🐬 (Insomniac):

Dolphins have a unique sleep chronotype characterized by light and fragmented sleep. They may experience difficulties falling asleep and staying asleep throughout the night. Dolphins tend to be highly intelligent and often have active minds. To improve their sleep quality, they should create a calming bedtime routine, eliminate stimulating activities before bed, and ensure their sleep environment is conducive to rest. Dolphins may find it helpful to consult with healthcare professionals for personalized sleep solutions.

Conclusion:

Understanding your sleep chronotype is the first step in creating an optimal sleep schedule. Whether you align with the Lion, Bear, Wolf, or Dolphin chronotype, it’s essential to honor your body’s natural rhythms and prioritize quality sleep. By synchronizing your activities with your chronotype, you can enhance your energy, productivity, and overall well-being.

Remember, identifying your sleep chronotype is just the beginning. Experiment with different routines, establish healthy sleep habits, and prioritize self-care. With patience and perseverance, you can unlock the secret to a restful and fulfilling night’s sleep, leading to more vibrant and productive days.

Embrace your sleep chronotype and let it guide you towards a well-rested and balanced life. Sweet dreams and wakeful days await you!

How negative emotions lower our vibration and positive emotions raise it.

Human vibration is a term used to describe the energy levels that we emit and receive through our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Our vibration can be either high or low, depending on the frequency of the energy that we are putting out. Positive emotions such as love, gratitude, and joy tend to create a high vibration, while negative emotions like fear, anger, and sadness have the opposite effect.

Emotions are a key factor in determining our vibration levels. Negative emotions are often associated with a low vibration, which can cause us to feel stuck, lethargic, and disconnected from our true selves. When we experience negative emotions, we tend to focus on the negative aspects of our lives, which can cause us to attract more negativity into our lives.

On the other hand, positive emotions tend to be associated with a high vibration. When we experience positive emotions, we feel alive, inspired, and motivated. This can lead to a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment in our lives. Positive emotions also tend to attract more positivity into our lives, which can lead to an upward spiral of happiness and well-being.

It’s important to note that our emotions are not necessarily good or bad in and of themselves. They are simply signals that our bodies use to communicate with us. Negative emotions can be useful in helping us identify areas of our lives that need attention, while positive emotions can be a sign that we are on the right track.

However, it’s important to be aware of how our emotions are affecting our vibration levels. If we find ourselves experiencing negative emotions on a regular basis, it may be time to take a closer look at our thought patterns and make some changes. This could involve practicing gratitude, forgiveness, or simply shifting our focus to the positive aspects of our lives.

One way to raise our vibration is through the practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness involves being fully present in the moment and observing our thoughts and emotions without judgment. This can help us become more aware of the energy that we are putting out and make conscious choices to raise our vibration.

In conclusion, our emotions have a significant impact on our vibration levels. Negative emotions can lower our vibration and attract more negativity into our lives, while positive emotions can raise our vibration and attract more positivity. By becoming more aware of our emotions and practicing mindfulness, we can take control of our vibration and create a more positive and fulfilling life.

Six strategies to help reduce your stress

Stress is a common experience that we all face from time to time. It can be caused by a variety of factors such as work pressure, financial difficulties, health problems, family issues, or simply the demands of daily life. While some stress can be beneficial and motivate us to take action, excessive stress can have negative impacts on our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. In this blog, we will discuss the effects of stress and some strategies to manage and reduce it.

Effects of Stress When we experience stress, our body releases hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol that prepare us to take action. This is often referred to as the “fight or flight” response. While this response can be helpful in short bursts, prolonged exposure to stress hormones can lead to negative health effects such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and weakened immune function. Additionally, stress can impact our mental and emotional health, leading to anxiety, depression, and difficulty concentrating or making decisions.

Strategies to Manage Stress The good news is that there are many strategies we can use to manage and reduce stress. Here are some tips:

  1. Practice Mindfulness: Mindfulness meditation is the practice of being present in the moment and non-judgmentally observing your thoughts and feelings. Mindfulness  meditation can help reduce stress by promoting relaxation and increasing self-awareness.
  2. Exercise: Exercise is a great way to reduce stress and boost mood. Even a short walk can help reduce stress levels and promote relaxation.
  3. Connect with others: Social support is an important factor in managing stress. Reach out to friends or family members for support or consider joining a support group.
  4. Take breaks: It’s important to take breaks throughout the day to recharge and reduce stress. Take a few deep breaths, go for a short walk, or engage in a relaxing activity like listening to music or taking a warm bath.
  5. Practice self-care: Taking care of yourself is an important part of managing stress. This includes getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and engaging in activities you enjoy.
  6. Seek Professional Help: If you are experiencing chronic or severe stress, it’s important to seek professional help. A therapist or counsellor can provide tools and techniques to manage stress and improve mental health.

In conclusion, stress is a common experience that can have negative impacts on our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. However, there are many strategies we can use to manage and reduce stress. By practicing mindfulness meditation, exercising, connecting with others, taking breaks, practicing self-care, and seeking professional help when needed, we can reduce the impact of stress on our lives and improve our overall well-being.

How Sleep Can Affect Your Mental Health: How They Affect Each Other

Sleep and mental health are closely connected, and the quality of your sleep can have a significant impact on your mental well-being. On the other hand, your mental health can also affect the quality and quantity of your sleep.

When you’re feeling anxious, stressed, or depressed, it can be difficult to fall asleep or stay asleep. Conversely, lack of sleep can contribute to feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression. In fact, chronic sleep deprivation has been linked to an increased risk of developing mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety disorders.

Studies have also shown that sleep problems can be a symptom of mental health conditions, and can even worsen their symptoms. For example, people with depression often experience sleep problems, such as insomnia or oversleeping. These sleep problems can make the symptoms of depression worse and make it more difficult to manage.

In addition to the direct relationship between sleep and mental health, sleep also plays a role in regulating the release of hormones in the body, such as cortisol and serotonin. Cortisol is a stress hormone that can interfere with sleep, and a lack of sleep can cause cortisol levels to increase, leading to feelings of stress and anxiety. On the other hand, serotonin, a hormone that regulates mood, appetite, and sleep, is also affected by sleep. A lack of sleep can reduce serotonin levels, leading to feelings of sadness and depression.

In conclusion, the connection between sleep and mental health is complex, and it’s important to prioritise good sleep hygiene to maintain both physical and mental well-being. This can include creating a relaxing bedtime routine, avoiding screens for a few hours before bed, and creating a comfortable sleep environment. If you are experiencing sleep problems, it may be helpful to consult a doctor or mental health professional to address any underlying mental health concerns.

Spiritual Laws – Law of Blessings

There are thirty-six or more spiritual laws that offer excellent ways for us to understand life on earth, some of the following text has been taken from Diana Cooper’s fantastic book “A Little Light on the Spiritual Laws”. I have already briefly explained some of the laws back in 2009; over the coming weeks, I will explain some of the laws of higher frequency. If you find this interesting, I would encourage you to read Diana’s book. I use Diana’s book when I am low or want an answer to a problem; I flick through the book and open it at a law, and more often than not, that is where I need to focus at that time.

The Law of Blessings

When you bless someone or something, you invoke divine energy to them. When this is done with genuine intent, a shaft of light is transferred to whatever you are blessing. This activates the crown centre to allow the light to pass through. This is such a powerful and personal thing to do that it is considered bad manners to touch the crown centre in many cultures. Raising your hand in the direction of the person you wish to bless directs the blessing to them.

In India, there are many avatars or ashrams who give blessings or dharshans, as they are known in eastern cultures. These are fully enlightened beings who are totally connected to God, who give blessings to those who come to see them. Avatars like Sai Baba, his message is about duty and devotion. Amma, the hugging mother, her message is love and tolerance; she radiates light and compassion. Mother Meera her purpose is to heal the Nuremberg line and clear the dark energy left by the wars in Germany, spreading light. If you are lucky enough to receive a blessing from an Avatar, you will feel the change to the deepest core of your being.

When we bless our food and say thank you for it, it is filled with divine energy. Kirlian photography can film the energy of food. Much of the food we eat today is dead through irradiation, chemicals, long storage and poor cooking. When the food is blessed, it once more radiates life force and vitality. Obviously, we should eat as much fresh organic food as possible. However, blessing your food and asking the divine to fill it with whatever nutrients you need for optimum health can help you on a physical and spiritual level.

  • You bless people when they sneeze so that divine energy may enter them and help them be healthy
  • Bless your work and it will increase and be filled with joy.
  • Bless people around you and they will be happy and fulfilled.
  • Bless your plants and they will grow abundantly
  • Bless your home and it will be a place of peace.
  • Bless you body and it will become a beautiful temple for your spirit.

Here are some examples of blessings you can say to change your life.

  • I am blessed to live in such a beautiful body.
  • I am blessed to be surrounded by people who love me.
  • I am blessed to have such a peaceful home.

Quote from Diana Cooper’s book.

“Bless everyone and fill them with divine energy and you will be open to the blessings of the universe.”

Spiritual Laws – Law of Perspective

There are thirty-six or more spiritual laws that offer excellent ways for us to understand life on earth, some of the following text has been taken from Diana Cooper’s fantastic book “A Little Light on the Spiritual Laws”. I have already briefly explained some of the laws back in 2009. Over the coming weeks, I will explain some of the laws of higher frequency. The Law of Perspective

Your mental state changes your perception of time. If you are happy and interested, time flies. If you are unhappy or bored, time slows down. When you are afraid or in fear, time stands still. Think about when you drive somewhere for the first time. It seems to take longer than the journey home when you know where you are going and feel more relaxed.

When you engage in high vibration activities, time appears to pass quickly. Due to the rise in consciousness on the planet, time seems to have sped up by a third.

When we are children, houses, places, and people seem much bigger than they do as adults. A mountain to a new climber seems bigger than when he is experienced.

We all handle our challenges differently depending on our level of consciousness. An example from Diana Cooper; If you are driving carefully when a young tearaway driving too fast cuts in front of you and scrapes your car. How do you respond?

If you are a third-dimensional being who walks the worldly path, you will probably curse and criticise him. You may even get out and tell him off or argue with him.

If you are a fourth-dimensional being on the path of detachment, you will think, well, that was my karma. I obviously attracted it, and it’s only a tiny scrape. No point in being upset.

The fifth-dimensional being on the spiritual path of unconditional love would probably get out of the car without a thought for the damage to their car, just concerned for the other driver.

All outcomes depend on your perspective. There is no judgment. There is only awareness that everyone has a different reality. If you judge someone or something, it is timeĀ to change your perspective.

Very often, suicide is judged from a third-dimensional perspective; it is condemned as wicked or weak. On the spiritual path, it is perceived as someone longing for more love or the call to go home.

Sex can be perceived as immoral or as a longing to express love.

The horrible person can be seen as a threat or as someone who is teaching you lessons. Someone pressing your buttons is serving you by bringing unresolved feelings to your attention and reminding you about your doubts.

Try changing your perspective and see how your day plays out.

Quote from Diana Cooper’s book.

View all from a perspective of love, and you will walk the ascension pathway.”

Understanding the spiritual laws helps us create a happy and joyous life. Energy healing can also help us follow these laws to create wealth, health and prosperity in our lives by helping to remove anger, negative beliefs etc.

Spiritual Laws – Law of Purification

There are thirty-six or more spiritual laws that offer excellent ways for us to understand life on earth, some of the following text has been taken from Diana Cooper’s fantastic book “A Little Light on the Spiritual Laws”. I have already briefly explained some of the laws back in 2009. Over the coming weeks I will explain some of the laws of higher frequency. If you find this interesting, I would encourage you to read Diana’s book. I use Diana’s book when I am low or want an answer to a problem. I flick through the book and open it at a law, and more often than not, that is where I need to focus at that time.

The Law of Purification

We all have an aura surrounding us like a cloak. If your essence is pure, it forms a vast light around you, giving you protection. If you have unresolved issues, they show as dirty marks in your aura. If you are ill or in shock, you may have a wispy or non-existent aura. A negative person would have dark colours surrounding them.

When our aura is totally clear and pure, our energy does not attract harm or negativity to us. However, when there is fear in our aura, we attract hurt and danger. The more we evolve the purer our aura and light surrounding us. When someone serves us by pointing out a negative spot in our aura, known as “pressing our buttons”. We often think they are difficult and challenging people. In fact, they are our greatest servants.

Feelings like envy, jealousy, pride, and avarice will create blotches in your aura. These blotches will draw challenges to you, so you become aware of what you need to clear.

All addictions, smoking, alcohol, overeating, gambling, anything you do to suppress feelings, these are actions we repeat to stop us from releasing our emotions. We use up a lot of energy to suppress our feelings, by working with an energy healer, you can release these emotions and clear your aura and energy field.

Quote from Diana Cooper’s book.

A pure aura confers total protection and draws angels towards you.”

Understanding the spiritual laws helps us create a happy and joyous life, energy healing can also help us to follow these laws to create wealth, health and prosperity in our lives, by helping to remove anger, negative beliefs etc.
