This month’s meditations will help you with new beginnings and letting go of the past.

Meditation dates:

Tuesdays online via Zoom @ 7:30 pm. 1st, 15th and 29th April.

Wednesdays face to face @ 8 pm. 2nd and 16th April.

Wednesday meditations will always be the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.

🌸 April in Bloom: Cultivating Growth and Change 🌸

As the chill of winter fades and the days grow longer, April emerges as a month of renewal, growth, and vibrant change. Nature bursts back into life with blossoms of colour, while the world around us feels refreshed and re-energised. Just as the natural world flourishes, April invites us to reflect on our own lives and embrace new beginnings.

A Time for Renewal

April marks a significant shift in the seasons. The budding trees, blossoming flowers, and the hum of bees signal that life is stirring all around us. The longer days and warmer temperatures create the perfect environment for growth—not just in nature, but within ourselves. It’s a time to shake off the dormancy of winter and step forward with renewed purpose and energy.

Spring reminds us that change, though sometimes uncomfortable, is necessary for growth. Just as a tree sheds its old leaves to make way for new ones, we, too, must release what no longer serves us to make room for fresh opportunities.
