This month’s meditations will help you with self-discovery and new horizons.
Meditation dates:
Tuesdays online via Zoom @ 7:30 pm. 10th and 24th June.
Wednesday’s face-to-face @ 8 pm. 4th and 18th June.
Wednesday meditations will always be on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.
Friday morning Meditations will return in September on the 4th Friday of the month at 11 am.

June is the month of journeys, not just across landscapes, but within our own lives. Whether you’re planning a summer getaway, diving into a new project, or simply taking a step toward a long-held dream, this is a season of momentum. Nature herself is in full bloom, reminding us of the beauty that unfolds when we allow ourselves to grow.
The Call of the New
There’s something inspiring about this time of year. After the pause and introspection of winter and the cautious hope of spring, June arrives with a gentle nudge: “It’s time to explore.” This could mean travelling to a new place, trying something you’ve never done before, or even just seeing the familiar with fresh eyes.
You don’t need to board a plane to answer the call of adventure. A June journey could be as simple as taking a different route to work, visiting a nearby village you’ve never explored, or reading a book that shifts your perspective. The point is not how far you go, but how open you are to going at all.

Tips for Your June Journey
- Be spontaneous. Sometimes the best discoveries happen when you least expect them.
- Say yes more often. Invitations, ideas, changes—be open to what shows up.
- Travel light. Literally and emotionally. Let go of what no longer serves you.
- Keep a journal. Documenting your journey, big or small, brings clarity and joy.
- Pause to reflect. Even explorers need moments of stillness to understand where they’ve been.
